Shipping & Return Policy
At Anka, we craft each piece with care, following slow fashion principles. Below are our shipping and return policies to ensure a seamless shopping experience for you.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (India)
- Processing Time: Orders take 15-25 working days for delivery, depending on the intricacy of the garment.
- Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping – Free of charge within India.
- Express Shipping – Available for select products (subject to stock availability) at an additional charge of ₹500, ensuring delivery within 24-48 hours.
- Courier Partners:
- Express shipping is handled by BlueDart and DTDC.
- Free shipping is managed through Speed Post or DTDC for timely deliveries.
- Non-Shipping Days: We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Shipping Fee: A flat fee of ₹1500 INR for International Air Parcel via India Post.
- Delivery Time: Varies based on destination country and postal network.
- Custom Duties & Taxes:
- The shipping fee does not include customs or import duties, which are levied as per the destination country’s tax policies.
- Anka is not responsible for customs delays, holds, or additional charges.
Important Notes for International Orders:
- Orders are shipped via India Post, with final delivery managed by the destination country’s national postal service.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please inform your neighbors or security personnel to collect your parcel.
- If a delivery attempt fails, kindly contact your nearest national postal office for quicker resolution. Deliveries are attempted 2-3 times.
- Non-Delivery & Return to Sender:
- If a package is returned due to non-availability, we can issue a refund for the product cost only (excluding shipping charges).
- If you wish to have the package resent, additional shipping charges will apply.
SHIPPING STATUS & TRACKING
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID once your order is shipped.
- If the tracking link is inaccessible, email us at ankabymush@gmail.com with your order number.
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package:
- Please check with your security personnel or neighbors before reaching out to us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We put great effort into crafting each piece with precision. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE
- Time Frame: Returns/exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Conditions for Return/Exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- If the tags are removed or tampered with, the return cannot be processed.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
- Refunds are not applicable for discounted or customized pieces.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE
- Email us at ankabymush@gmail.com with:
- Your order number and details.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to us at your expense.
- Refunds & Processing Time:
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 72 business hours of receiving the return.
- Refunds will be issued only for the product cost (excluding shipping).
EXCHANGES
- If the size isn’t right, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
- We will replace your purchase with the correct size (subject to availability).
- If you’d prefer to exchange for another product of the same value, we can accommodate that request.
- Shipping cost for return/exchange will be borne by the customer.
Please note:
- Minor color variations due to different screen displays will not be considered a defect.
- Each piece is handcrafted using natural processes, making slight variations a part of its unique beauty.
